Our Top Sirloin steak is USDA certified, humanely raised cattle from the California Central Valley on  natural grass and grain feed; always free of antibiotics and growth hormones. We process and thinly slice our Top Sirloin on premises to ensure an always fresh 95% lean steak.

Our roasted chickens are wholesome all natural, always fresh, never frozen.

We use an American Kobe Beef blend for all hamburgers. It is 81% lean for optimum flavor and locally grown in Anderson, CA.

Our bread is an Italian style 3-foot long baguette, baked to our specifications and delivered oven fresh  daily.

Our fries and onion rings are prepared in 100% cholesterol-free and trans fat-free canola oil and are sprinkled with ground pepper and kosher salt.

All of our fresh produce is supplied three times weekly from local farms, whenever possible.
